Emilio Belizio Spliffio (Emil Cabral Hortman) was born at the 18th of May, 1995 in National Hospital In Bergen, Norway.

He is an young inspired Dancehall and Reggae Artist.

He grew up on the southside of the Scandinavian country Norway, in a town named Kristiansand (K-town). His Mother came from this town, while his father came from a Carribean country named Belize.

When Belizio turned 12 years, his mother deicided to take him to his fathers home country to meet Family and to get to know his roots. This was where Belizio got to know the Dancehall and reggae culture .
It was a total change in his life where he really got in to a new way of livin and where he wrote his first songs.

When he came back to Norway, he continued his new way of livin and got in to a bigger relation with Dancehall Music. After awhile he got in contact with other underground Artists and had the ability to record some songs. he continued meet new artistes and recorded more songs.

Belizio Spliffio are at moment livin in Argentina, Eldorado wid only on Music Lab ( Studio). Named G-Sound Studio. "Haffi Pay But It Helps Mi Work Out Mi MixTape" .

Emilio er mitt navn. Kommer fra K-town/Kr.sand. Er halvt norsk halvt belizer. men er oppvokts i norge. jeg bodde en stund der for 2 aar siden da.
Folk sier jeg ikke kan spraaket, da har de ikke hort hvordan de snakker i Belize. Deh lee bwai done nuh, deh nuh know what dey tak bout! Jeg laerte mye av og hvere der nede, som kanskje folk som kjenner meg har forstaatt. Liker det jeg holder paaa med aa skal fortsette aa synge uansett hva folk sier om det! maybe its bad, mi nuh know, but i like do it!
